In order to book and secure your appointment slot through the online booking system, a VALID credit or debit card is REQUIRED at the time of booking your service appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking, this is just to guarantee and secure your appointment time. After the completion of your service appointment, you have the option to either use the card on file, or the option to use another valid credit/debit card, cash, or personal check, during the checkout process. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be considerate and give us a minimum of a 48-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice and/or failure to notify your stylist about cancellation & the need to reschedule your appointment for another time, you will be marked as a “NO-SHOW” for your appointment time and will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). In the event that there is a last minute color change prior to your scheduled appointment time, please note that a 25% inconvenience fee will be applied for any last-minute changes to color services, and subject to rescheduling your appointment if alternate color is not available in the salon. This charge will be applied due to not being guaranteed to have the alternative shades of hair color in stock during the day of your hair appointment.
